Medusa Fire
As soon as I was able to stand on my own
feet I began dancing.
My undying love for this artistic expression
drove me to intensively study, continuing
through college to receive a
B.F.A. in Dance and a Minor in Accounting.
Exposure to electronic music and the
underground dance scene helped to me
discover an intense connection with
improvisation. Utilizing a raverina technique
that has developed over the years, dancing
helps to bring the music to a higher level,
where it is felt both physically and spiritually.

Medusa was incarnated when Spogga
introduced the art of firedancing into my life,
leading to performances throughout New
York City and New England, particularly at
Providence Waterfire (www.waterfire.org).
Sharing energy with people that appreciate
the power of music and dance has allowed
Medusa Fire to develop a new meaning for
the phrase "let the music move you".

people who have seen him perform in the past or who have followed the buzz about this charismatic artist.

Recently Returned from a European tour for The Sullivan Room and DJ's associated with the underground house music scene,
Spogga has conditioned his musical ability in the same fashion as Bruce Lee developed his martial arts- The Style of No Style.
Spogga is a Jukebox of hit songs and his understanding and work with DJ's has developed his ability to perform live mash up's
and to not stop between songs as most live artists do. Clubs, songwriters and peers are refreshed to hear someone who puts
all of his life and love into his music.

An artist at heart, Spogga was gifted with the art of firedancing on his tour through California in 1999. Now he is the star of the
globally renowned Providence Waterfire as the exclusive featured firedancer. Spogga's most fantastic performances feature both
music and firedancing. "Either way I will be doing this until the day I die." When that day comes, rest assured, God and The
Devil will kiss and become lovers under the deep appreciation of Spogga's music and art and the world will be a better place for
all of humankind.

I'm a bit of a hybrid style dj that plays party rockin breaks with lots of turntablism.
When doing that stuff you will hear anything from
80's Funk and Soul to Ol Skool hip hop tracks to fast style choppy turntable trick
music for crowd pleasing and performance value adding to the show...

But, i'm also into electronica and play multiple house music genre's from
funky minimal and progressive stuff, to fidget and chicago jacking house as well.
Even some early Italo disco and obscure 80's stuff might get thrown in.

Then sometimes I'll do just collage shit and play anything from ambient noise and
environmental sound records over dialog records for interlude-type-shit.

Belly Dance
Ms. Jamie Lee Fury

Ms. Jamie Lee Fury' fuses many dance forms together with Classical
American Belly Dance as the grounding root. Ballet, Jazz, Latin, Irish
step, Modern, even elements of figure skating are mixed with Folkloric,
Tribal, Cabaret, and Turkish Belly Dance making a unique tapestry of
uniting dance forms.

Ms. Fury has had the pleasure of studying with several fine instructors
most notably Suhaila Salimpour, Nourhan Sharif, as well as The
Goddess Coyle,a local RI troupe. She specializes in working with
double veil, fan, gypsy skirt, zills, and floor work.

Currently Ms. Fury performs with Tevellus, a Middle Eastern groove
band and The Danger Danger Birds Burlesque Troupe
(Awarded Motif's Best Live Act 2009).

She also performs as a solo act for various events such as music and
cultural festivals benefit events, exercise/health and wellness
demonstrations, renaissance faires, parties, and private functions.
