The Spot Underground took Best Open Mic honors
on the strength of their signature "Creation
Tuesdays". The Spot Underground sometimes gets
pigeonholed as a haven for jam bands, and while
this is certainly true, The Spot really has
something for everyone. From the
New-Orleans-style Summer Block Parties, to the
newly starting rockin' Thursdays, it's a prety safe
bet that on any given night something cool
will be going down there. In addition to
diverse bookings, swank decor, The Underground
also serves up some good grub with a kitchen
that is open late to fulfill your midnight snack
cravings.
